YES... DJM Graphix is always interested in helping out other businesses. There is no charge for an initial design consultation and estimate.

If my business is not in Upstate NY will DJM Graphix still do work for me?
OF COURSE!!! Through the magic and power of the internet, DJM Graphix will do work for your business regardless of location.

When do I have to pay for my design project?
For most design projects, big or small, a 50% deposit and a design contract is required. After the design project is completed to the client's complete satisfaction, the remaining 50% will be due.

Why do I have to sign a contract?
The signing of a design contract protects both DJM Graphix as well as the client. Contracts are part of doing business, and are necessary whether you’re taking out a car loan, building an addition to your home or creating a website. Without a written contract for your design project, you will have little recourse if something goes wrong.

I've got so many ideas! Where do I get started?
One of the most important things you can do is get organized! Take everything one step at a time. Write down your ideas. It is impossible for a designer to read your mind. The more that you have written down on paper, the easier it is for a designer to fully envision your ideas.

How can I pay DJM Graphix for design services?
DJM Graphix accepts : Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Cash, and Personal Check (check must clear before design project is handed over to the client).

What is the turn around time on my project?
Each and every project is different. Some designs can be completed in 24 - 72 hours (business cards, logo design, flyers, postcards, etc...) Other designs such as Small business websites, magazines, ad campaigns, and other more detailed projects may take anywhere from 2 - 5 weeks. As stated earlier, each and every project is different.
